Biography
With 30+ years of international experience, I design and deliver solutions in digital transformation, enterprise and business architecture, healthcare M&A initiatives, and AI—including quality, compliance, and regulatory technology.
I have supported organizations in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Brazil, such as Insight Global Healthcare, Orlando Health, IFX Corporation, Desjardins Bank, ISED – Ministry of Innovation and Ministry of Justice of Quebec (Canada), Alten (France), multiple United Nations agencies, and Cofomo.
I also contribute to global standards in Software Engineering, Innovation Management, Project Management, and AI through ISO, IEC, IEEE, SCC, and ABNT committees. Today, I serve as Chair of the IEEE Orlando Computer Society Chapter and Consultant at Orlando Health.
